info
If you’re interest about volunteering at our festivals this summer please make sure you have read the information below:
You must be over 18+ years old and bring appropriate Identification on the day.
Our volunteering positions usually involve working as part of a team on some light & enjoyable tasks such as stewarding in the car parks, wristbanding and/or scanning tickets as attendees arrive to the event, front of house bar staff, litter picking, or similar general assistance roles. Don’t worry, we won’t be asking anyone to clean the loos!
You are required to complete your shifts plus any training as part of your volunteer role (training is done on site at the event). You are expected to perform your duties to a good standard. Hours and volunteer shifts are dependent on the needs per site, and so are set prior to the event (Maximum of 5 hour shifts per day 11am-4pm). Volunteer shift patterns are arranged to allow you to enjoy as much of the festival as possible, where possible, but also reflect the needs of the event.
Apply via the online application on this website. We do not take postal applications.
You may apply for as many as you wish.
You can browse our list of events under the events tab at the top of the page.
We try as far as possible to put friends and family on the same volunteer shifts but we cannot guarantee if you will be on the same shift until you arrive on site. If you wish to be on the same volunteer shift with friends, the best advice we can give you is to arrive on site for accreditation EARLY and let us know you would like to be together.
Please note: on some tasks we must pick your volunteer shifts for you in the interests of fairness.
Volunteering at a festival is also a great way to make new friends as many previous volunteers will tell you.
There is an opportunity to attach your CV or supporting information to your application.
